Really pleased with my hair cut from Elsa on Tuesday. She listened to what I wanted and I now have a easy to manage, new Mum hair cut!

It turns out I had only booked a wash and blowdry via the app (this was v confusing), but they squeezed me in for the cut and let me top up my payment. When I rechecked the app later, I couldn't see a haircut at this salon on the app?! In the end I paid £60 for literally 31 mins in and out of the salon, which I felt was a little high for a more junior consultant which is what I had ordered.
