It turns out I had only booked a wash and blowdry via the app (this was v confusing), but they squeezed me in for the cut and let me top up my payment. When I rechecked the app later, I couldn't see a haircut at this salon on the app?! In the end I paid £60 for literally 31 mins in and out of the salon, which I felt was a little high for a more junior consultant which is what I had ordered.
Got a full head of highlights, everyone was very nice, Highlights were great.
