I only go to this hair salon because of Aurora, who is one of the most professional and knowledgeable hairdressers I've known. It's really difficult to find a hair colourist who understands what the client wants and attends to every little detail, even if that's the gruesome task of removing the excess dye from your face, a task not trivial at all, I reckon! Because my hair is not your average, this is one of the few persons who won't try to get you buy totally useless (for your hair type) products and give you useful advice. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

It was not clear that the booking was for a wash and style with no cut. The man (manager?) was quite condescending and seemed shocked that I would not want to pay £35 basically just for my hair to be washed. Snobby man, hairdresser seemed friendly but no way was I going to pay £60 in total when I thought I was paying £35. They tried to blame Treatwell, saying they've had this confusion in the past - not my problem! Not recommended at all.

Nice professional hair blow dry for my birthday. I have heavy, long hair, naturally straight hair- the curls lasted over night and through the next day :). Friendly staff.
