Charlotte was great, she took the lead with suggesting what to do with my hair which i liked and did a quick and efficient cut. She was friendly and personable and didn't make me feel bad about how long it had been since i had got my haircut. I had a good experience overall.

It was very pleasurable experience.Staff is so nice and they know what they are doing.Very clean place (this is a big case for me) and the music is perfect for nice chilling.I would recomend this plave to my friend. The gentelman on the reception is lovely and the lady who took care of me-Elsa is such a cute,funny and proffesional.great place on Ealing
