Visited the Ginger Group today for a cut and blow dry. Charlotte was lovely, put me at ease, had a great consultation, my hair looked amazing. Really happy.

My appointment was on monday morning so salon was empty which was nice. The only negative was when my hair was washed they only had cold water which took away from the experience a bit. Baran cut my hair, he listened carefully to what i wanted, checked i understood the cut from the picture i showed him and did a great job. He was honest and gave great advice. I am happy with my hair cut and would go back, i'm just wondering whether i would have the same experience on a saturday!
