Hostess was lovely, my senior stylist wasn’t available so I had (I guess) a junior stylist, good overall result but I had to restyle my hair when I got home as I felt he just wanted it over with. The appointment wasn’t a pleasure for me as it should be, I will not go back. And btw I still paid for a senior stylist

Lovely environment, great hair colour and cut. The staff could do with an improved blow dry as each time I seem to have to restyle when Home after an expensive trip there.
