Had a lovely haircut, exactly what I asked for. The atmosphere was great but I feel for value for money I could have been offered some water (or tea or coffee) and possibly made more of a fuss over? for a simple straight hair cut and a rough blow dry (at £40) i would expect a little more for the experience. Not fantastic value for money But overall happy.

I liked my haircut and blow dry but staff were rushed off their feet. I wasn’t offered a drink on a really hot day and the floor was covered in hair. Whilst I can’t complain about the end result it didn’t feel like a relaxing experience. Staff were nice enough but not coping well with how busy they were

Unfortunately the manager was rude and hurried the ladies through the procedure. Both myself and my friend came out dissatisfied with the end result. The stylists and weekend manager were lovely, just over worked and understaffed.
