I was iniitially impressed by the hairdressers and have been once before a while ago.
However I didn’t really enjoy my hair cut.
I asked for a freshen up of my hair as it hadn’t been cut in a fair while, I had told the hair dresser and I didn’t want much off and didn’t want shaping around the face. the hair dresser initially listened however didn’t check with me how
Much was was ok to be cut off and then also took it upon herself to cut shaping around the face which I didn’t want.
After drying she then seemed to chop of a load more. I am now left with a choppy hairstyle that I didn’t ask for.

The staff were helpful and had good advice. They were friendly to my daughter and made us fill welcome. We will be going again.

Felt like there were trying to rush me out of the building so they could go home or continue their conversation that the we’re having before I walked in - paid £30 really not worth £30 (should have been £40 but had a £10 voucher with treat well) £30 for 30minutes hmmmm don’t think i will be back
