I booked the last treatment of the day, 5 PM and the lady was running late so my haircut was very rushed. I was told to come back in a couple weeks to have my hair thinned out which really should have happened during that cut. They also tried to charge me £16 more for the cut than Treatwell stated it would be. They stated that Treatwell's pricing didn't reflect their actual pricing. I refused to pay it as I would never spend £52 on a trim.

Staff were nice but price wasn't as displayed on Treatwell so I was charged extra
