Staff are rude and unprofessional. Speak about customers and each other negatively and rudely. Minimal effort made. Not a pleasant experience.

The hair stylist didnt pay attention to me throughout my visit. They just kept saying how annoying it was that they were in late and talking between themselves. My hair was left unevenly cut and they also tried to charge me a lot more than the amount i had booked it for. I will not be back.
