Booked last minute and I was really happy with shampoo and blow dry with Kylie. Nice shampoo experience.

Treatwell quoted an off-peak price of £32.
They then proceeded to charge me £40 which is higher than their usual £36 peak price for a wash cut and blow dry!
The only reason I can think of is that they classed my cut as a re-style, but all she did was trim it really. Plus, it was off-peak so still should have been cheaper than the re-style peak price!
If you are going to use them pay in advance rather than at the salon.
