Whole experience was the worst I have ever had at any hairdressers! "Stylist" did not introduce herself, I was very clear about the cut I requested she did not appear to be able to follow instruction. Asked when I last washed my hair? How was this relevant when I had booked a WASH,cut and blow dry. While combing my hair she caught a mole I have under my hair TWICE and proceeded to drag the comb through this apparently mistaking this for a knot in my hair. This caused slight bleeding which I discovered on returing home. Was rough dried only without product or heat protection even though I had booked a wash,cut and BLOW DRY. Extremely uneven cut which my mum and I had to TRIM when I got home. Received an email 4HOURS after my appointment time saying it had been changed to a senior stylist and was an hour long appointment. However 25 minutes after entering the salon I was leaving the salon having paid 30 pounds for the privilege of this experience . I was made to feel in the way of the staff enjoying re telling their antics of the previous evening night out and bitching about other staff members who were not on the premises. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

Good value for my haircut, would go back again. Salon was quiet so I had the stylists attention and felt like she really did listen to what I wanted.
