My son's haircut itself was good, but the whole booking system needs addressing. I booked the appointment using their online booking system for 11am....however upon arrival nobody greeted us or asked if we had pre-booked an appointment, We then had to wait over 20 minutes to get seen. You either need to use the booking system...or not. It just doesn't work properly if you do not adhere to the online appointments as it's pointless!
