Treatment and therapist great. The receptionist, Zoe?, was very brash, unhelpful and unwelcoming, commenting that she is âonly grumpy because she has to deal with customers all day, theyâre stupid!â She just moaned the whole time I was receiving my treatment, really unacceptable with customers in the shop.
