Disappointing wax - usually come here and never any problems however on my latest appointment the wax was too harsh above and below one eyebrow and ripped the skin and I am left with bruising and redness 4 days on due to this. Unfortunate, I would return but to be done my a more experienced colleague

First visit to the shop, was a pleasant experience, Ruby was lovely and knew her stuff, if I was to visit again I may opt for a fuller lash, and possibly not as dark on the eyebrows, but will defiantly return.
