I don’t even think the lady that did my hair was trained. She tried her best but ended up curling my hair which I could have done at home. Full of student workers I think with no real experience. Fake nails so they can’t even hold hair styling tools.

Booked for LVL which I’ve had in the past at other salons.
The employee that done my treatment was also “training” a colleague so she sat and watched treatment being applied. After the treatment I was SO disappointed to see that it hadn’t worked and although my lashes were somewhat tinted there was no lift what so ever. There was product left around my eyes! said this to her which was over heard by another employee who came over and offered to do them again, which i agreed to.
