Hair quality and overall finish poor colour match was terrible and have been left with an obvious step so will need to take them out. Overall very dissapointing especially considering the amount spent.

I wasn't acknowledged when I arrived. My appointment was running late for 45 mins and nobody apology for the lateness or let me know how late it will be. And I wasn't sure who is doing my lash extension even when she was free from the previous customer after waiting for 45 mins. Poor customer skill overall for my appointment.
