Arrived on a Tuesday which means 20% off but I had paid full price on the Treatwell app. I was also given a trainee which means a further discount I didn't get. The trainee was lovely but not quite mastered the Russian look. Wasnt happy with them and had run out of time but am booked in to go back in a few days. The staff are very friendly and it won't stop me from going back in the future.
Never made it there despite booking online a few months in advance was contacted the week before to say the person I was booked with didn't offer the treatment I booked for and they cancelled my appointment. a) the booking system is therefore flawed b) if the salon are aware the booking system allows this then surely they should be checking that staff members bookings regularly and rescheduling clients to other staff members where possible. This is my 2nd bad experience with this salon and I will not be returning.
