Great experience everyone was lovely, I had highlights, tape hair extensions and eyebrow wax and tint and very pleased with all had each one by different staff and all were really professional, knowledgable and friendly will be going back.

Was left waiting 40 minutes for my pre-booked appointment, with no call, explanation or apology. In total I was in the salon 1 hour and 40 minutes, just for Olaplex. Wasn’t even offered a drink until I’d already been waiting 30 minutes!
