I was really disappointed in the cheam branch of the glamour garage. I have been to the Reigate branch a few times and have had a really good experience there. Cheam is very different, the beautician doing my Eyelashes didn’t say a word until she told me I needed to have them taken off and a new set next time (didn’t even introduce herself) I felt very uncomfortable as she was huffing, sighing and rushing through the appointment. My eyelashes have not even lasted a week, this does not happen when I go to Reigate!! I’m really shocked by my experience as Reigate has always been so lovely and so I’m really disappointed I have to write this!

I was running late and was finding a bit of difficulty locating the place. The girls on the phone were very helpful. I wanted eyelash extensions which takes about 55mins. I was already 20mins late for my appointment, so Nicole still tried to give me a suitable option for the time i had left. I opted for express lashes, which seemed similar to extensions. My main concern was having them last for at least 2 weeks. The cashmere express lashes would last at least 3 weeks. Having had eyelash extensions done before, i have to say, the express lashes were absolutely gorgeous. Love them!! Look forward to visiting Glamour Garage again to get my lashes done. I found the prices extremely reasonable too :)
