I had a great experience- Nicole phoned me a few days before my appointment to check if I could move my appointment up by 15 minutes. I've had experiences where people have just changed it without asking, so I appreciated the effort to phone and check first. My eyebrows are perfectly shaped- Nicole was very thorough and efficient!
