Inexperienced staff, rude and inattentive. Brows were SO dark even after stating I wanted light brows, I bought a dye removal kit after as it was so bad, while the waxing left me red and sore. Overall I would never go back again and think it is an appalling place. They ignore you when you go in, are unprofessional and lazy.
