Really pleased with my treatment. The salon lacked a little professionalism from a service perspective, with the team shouting across the salon to one and other and being a bit chaotic but my actual treatment for eyebrow thread and dye was very good.

I was so pleased with the threading that was done and the staff were really pleasant. I made my booking because when I had been in previously the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The only thing that could be better generally is to be allow a 24hr cancellation period though as a start up business and people being as they are I can understand the non refundable deposit element.
