I explained to Demi the haircut I wanted and she did it excaly as explained. I always listen to any advice given from Demi on how to care and style my hair when I'm having a different style. Demi is very friendly and professional.

I was greeted by Ruby who wasn't very welcoming to interested in other conversations. I explained I have never had individuals. I said I wanted a natural look. I wasn't offered options just shown the length. My eyes wasn't cleaned before the treatment. Ruby carried in conversations across the salon whilst doing my treatment. When finished I wasn't given any after care advice. 2 days in now and I feel the look I have are pretty full and not natural at all. I've even lost a lash yesterday.
