Twice I’ve been to Epsom and have been booked with ‘trainees’ but was not told till I arrived at the appointment. The treatment was substandard. The 1st ‘trainee’ felt sick and I had 2 other people jointly fixing my hair - no one trimmed it and I left with my hair looking a mess having to go elsewhere to sort it out.
The 2nd time another ‘trainee’ left me with extensions that gave me headaches and the metal clips started to out of my hair within a week. Both occasions I was charged full price.
