I booked his treatwell, I was 6 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic, I tried calling repeatedly and no one answered the phone. When I arrived I was told I was too late and they couldn’t fit me in, even thou my app was 90 minutes and I said I would skip the treatment and just have the wash cut and blow dry but she said she couldn’t see me because she was too busy? Maybe they double booked and didn’t tell me the truth who knows, but it ruined my day! Will never go again!
