Grace was welcoming. Before I turned up the salon did call me and ask how much I wanted my hair off as it’s a dry cut. I said I only wanted 1-2 inches off. Grace did a fine job at the time but I realised she couldn’t take much off my layers. The next day I realised one side was longer than the other and my layers were not visible. I went back to get it corrected and whilst she did the ends, she couldn’t do my layers. She said with a dry cut they can’t cut layers off. I was very disappointed
