As it was my first dermaplaning, Sam thoroughly explained the treatment step by step, with lots of useful advice for looking after my skin post treatment. I was really pleased with the results and will definitely be having that treatment again with Sam.

The salon wasn’t open when I arrived for my appointment and the girl who had the keys was in no rush to open up nor did she say sorry. My appointment was 20 minutes late. The lady then told me she might have to pluck my eyebrows instead of wax them because the wax wouldn’t heat up in time. There were also no clean towels and this was discussed in front of clients. Also the two members of staff spent the entire time talking about what they did the night before instead of paying interest to client
