The girls in there were soooo lovely! All really chatty and there was a little girl having a pamper session at the same time as my appointment and the lady looking after her was so sweet! She really went above and beyond to make her feel special!
Classic Lashes
I went to have my tape extensions refitted. But because my chair was in a corner she couldn't really get to the side of my head so they were pretty much all in the wrong place and quite poorly fitted. Ended up going to the Cheam branch and paying to get them re-done.
Hair Extensions
Loved the outcome of LVL but wasn’t expecting to have my eyelashes done in the middle of the shop with loads of people walking past. The staff were having unprofessional conversations while they were doing my lashes about what they were doing that night to each other and no one asked me if I was ok or if I had LVL before which I hadn’t and didn’t know what to expect. Not being able to open my eyes for nearly an hour was something I would’ve liked to have been told before.
