Very disappointed - had booked in to have nano extensions salon telephoned me the day before to ask for deposit - I asked if they had correct colour which they confirmed. Arrived at 10AM for appt colour not in stock was told going to order it in/get from another branch and literally heard nothing else did not rebook me in either I had to call for refund. Now cancelled my appt and will go somewhere else for wasting time & money on parking 2nd negative experience here won’t be booking again.
