The beautician kept me waiting ten minutes then laughed and joked loudly to everyone else in the room but when talking to me was abrupt and rude. Actually the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. I needed to get back to work and made this clear as she wanted to anything but apply lashes but she left the chair a few times and acted very unprofessional I had to remind her a second time and when I did she made underhanded comments to the therapist next to her. And they fell off within a week

First time at the Glamour garage, Tracy did my daughter’s ear piercing, spot on, quick, and exactly what she wanted, very professional. Thanks to the girls at Epsom, they are lovely, friendly & beautiful girls. Great service x
