We were asked to come 15 minutes earlier than our booked appointment, Amy didn't then appear until almost 5pm. She then told us that she was having the worst week of her life - not really the best thing to tell someone who is nervous about having their ears peirced! After the piercing, she didn't explain to Bella any after care of how to clean or look after the piercing and she said they didn't have any cleaning solution. Not really great value for money or the most calm appointment.
