Staff has been polite and friendly. I had purchased a blow dry but been told my hair would not hold in place. Ended up having hair curled which looked lovely and stayed in place the whole night.

Gave me some good advice on carrying for my toddler's hair and encouraging it to thicken up. Made her look a tidier for school photos.
