Threading was done very well.
Ran out of hot water half way through hair wash, continued washing until I said the water was too cold- then had to get water from a kettle. A lot of frustrated sighs from staff.
Hair cut and dry- was a rushed job. A lot of ‘sit down’ and ‘stand up’. Quite rough with hair when blow drying.
All in all- not a place I’d go back to again.

I took my 15 year old for the Mini Glam cut and blow dry, as I'd had such a great cut with Hallie. She loved it! It is really fun and modern and the atmosphere is friendly.
