I booked a haircut, drove 45min plus time to find parking which in the area is very limited and got no haircut because the girl said she didn’t know how to cut from long to short, they should add an option for ‘trim only’ so people won’t incur the same unpleasant situation. Why do they even allow to book this lady for a haircut if she’s not capable? They rebooked me in another salon where there is no free parking either. I will cancel my apt, not worth the hassle and I don’t trust this chain
