1st appointment didn't happen, 2nd time had 1 stylist start and another finish, still had roots after 5 hrs there! Messaged and sent pictures whenI got home.i was contacted straight away and apologised to. They arrangedfor it to be sorted the following week in cheam.because I had a full head i just had the t zone done so my hair wouldn't be damaged. I was told I'd be compensated for my time (3 trips!) And inconvenience but still waiting my last appointment was about 3/4 weeks ago
