I booked and attended my appointment on Christmas Eve to find the salon was closed. I contacted the salon via email and the owner Traci emailed back informing me that there was a note left on the salon to go to the other salon. This was not on the salon when I attended. Traci said that she would refund me my money and provide me the treatment free of charge which I agreed to. I responded, as asked, with dates I could do. Since then I have had no response from Traci despite various emails and contacting the salon by phone and being assured she will get back to me. I still have not received my refund. This is an absolute shame as the two occasions I went to the salon I was happy with the treatments received.

Another great experience at the Glamour garage. Paige did an amazing job with my LA weave, it feels great and looks great too! The girls always make you feel at ease and never make you feel rushed. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
