It wasn't the best experience. I had a lash-lift which didn't take on my short lashes. The salon is a bit scruffy and very noisy with blow drying going on a few feet away, not a relaxing experience. The salon is fitted out with glass office dividers which feels a bit claustrophobic. The girls are young, even though she seemed to know what she was doing, there was no information given about what was going to happen and when. I never had a lash lift before so I didn't know what to expect.

Great experience, she even suggested waxing over threading due to the shape of my eyebrows, and she was 100% right
