Staff very pleasant. Facilities very small there was another large group there so we were unable to enjoy the steam room or jacuzzi.

I took my mum for a a spa treatment for her birthday and she loved it, as well am myself - was very relaxing! The massage was wonderful, so relaxing I even fell asleep!
Some things to note..
- The spa is a little difficult to find and there is no parking. We had to park in the multistory car park near by - bit pricey!
- We arrived early so we could use the Jacuzzi before our treatments (arrived at 10am for an 11am treatment) and its a good job we did - after the treatment the Jacuzzi got very busy as its so small and so we felt we had to use the sauna/steam room to let other people use the Jacuzzi.
The staff were lovely and were so helpful. The spa overall was very relaxing and we had a wonderful time. The Jacuzzi overlooks the river which we thought was beautiful! Spa was clean and welcoming, so besides the two things mentioned above - we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again!
