It was such a cute day! great position in Cambridge, love the window looking out onto the Cam! Facilities were in great condition! Kept clean and tidy! Beautiful.

I have been before on several occasions and in the past I was given a facial also and my companion was given a head massage instead of a back massage as she normally receives. I am not saying this is pro-temp it was a nice gesture on behalf of the venue and very much appreciated. There are no handrails on the jacuzzi to get in and out of the pool which was a problem as I have a hip replacement and my friend has arthritis and I believe this is not to Health and Safety regulation standard. As I am on a roll the tea was cold! We always enjoy our visits they are a treat and it is disappointing when they do not come up to standard especially in Cambridge. The names given on the sheet were not the same when we arrived for treatment. Consistency please!
