Great jacuzzi in a really cool room with a river view. It's funny because you can see out to the people walking by but they can't see in. We were the only people in the spa for most of our time there which was great!
Very dark inside. The spa could have been let up as you couldn’t see how to get in.

Booked this as Birthday treat for my parents - they loved it particularly the afternoon tea
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The treatments were wonderful. It would be useful if a second towel could be available. After using the sauna and spa the one provided was soaking. However, I needed to shower and had nothing to dry with.
