My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The spa was great but would be improved if it had some loungers to relax after a steam room / sauna. The reception and treatment staff was at the top : friendly, knowledgeable, efficient but without being too pushy. Thank you.
Greeted by pleasant, helpful staff. The ambience of the spa facility a real pleasure to relax and unwind.
The changing room facilities could do with some updating - the shower temperature didn't stay stable and switched to very hot every few seconds. My locker didn't work well either and I had to ask staff at reception to unlock. But otherwise a very good experience and I'll definitely book again.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the experience. The massage was great, just wish it had been longer!
Everything was lovely except the sauna wasn't working.
Plus there was no mention or apology for lack of all spar facilities paid for.

Wonderful surroundings . Very relaxing.
Facilities are limited and there is no where to just sit and have a drink and a chat. Nice to have a bottle of water on arrival and massage was good.
