On arrival the staff were friendly and attentive. They provided gowns, towels and water. I used the spa facilities before my facial and was very happy with them. The spa was very clean, the water was a perfect temperature and not too hot. The lighting was very relaxing. There is a wonderful view of the river cam through one way glass, a real bonus. The beautician was fantastic, she talked through my skincare needs at the beginning and was friendly and knowledgeable. I also received a very relaxing massage of my face and shoulders in addition to the facial. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

The massage was great and we enjoyed the spa, but the showers at the spa area were both cold. Excellent afternoon tea.
