I used to get the back facial here years ago when it was either run by someone else or they had other beauticians, and it was fantastic. This time around, the experience was poor. More than half of the time is some nonsense with LED lights leaving you waiting around, no massage. My skin concerns have not been addressed, and the extraction took like 3mins out of the hour, which is the main thing you book this for. Naturally, it wasn't thorough and left me wondering why I paid 50 pounds for it.

Ada was amazing. The atmosphere was great she listened to my needs regarding my back/bum facial and curated the treatment for me. She constantly checked in on me and tried to provide me general guidance treatments. Love her work!
