The therapist was warm and clearly knew what she was talking about. She was gentle and was asking all the time if I was ok and if the intensity was not too high. What I didn't like is that we were not in a closed room or even behind a curtain but next to their lounge area, where customers sit down to fill in their forms. I would have appreciated some privacy.

It's was very nice and staff were friendly the treatment was good and left my face feeling very clean. You fill out a form with your concerns first, and the beautician read through it, which is always a good sign of professionalism. The salon located upstairs was a little noise, but as not to break my zen feeling the beautician ear muff me with cotton pads, and made me feel very relaxed. :)

It had a calm and relaxing atmosphere with a good cup of complimentary coffee. Natasha did my keratin treatment efficiently without any fuss.
Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
I booked last minute so there was a bit of confusion when i arrived but they were able to see me. The wax was fine though not as thorough as i'd have liked.
