When I entered the salon I wasn't even said hello to. The staff looked at each other and both looked at me like I was in the wrong place. It seemed like they hadn't realised I had an appointment. I was then taken by an Italian who told me he didn't speak much English. Great start... Then the manager and the (clearly new) colleague started to argue about how to do the treatment over my head. This did not put me at ease. It was clear that the person doing my hair was in training too. Whilst I was getting the treatment, my eyes were so sensitive to it that all my make up came off and I had to blow my nose repeatedly. Once my hair was dry, he started to straighten it SO straight that my hair literally has no body or movement. I left it 72 hours before I washed it, with the Argon shampoo I bought from the Salon. It still feels lifeless and full of product. It's not even straight, its kinky. My hair is flat to my head and I feel horrible. There is nothing worse than having a permanent bad hair day. I'm honestly really upset with the whole experience. All I can hope is the product washes off better the next time I have a shower and my hair gets the bounce and life back in it!
