I got there and the saloon hadn't even opened yet. Slightly annoying when you pay for a taxi to get to the venue.

The haircut was great, my hairdresser was lovely and really friendly and seemed to know exactly how I wanted my hair.
The only criticism I would have is that the receptionist wasn't as welcoming as I would have liked and the wash itself felt quite rushed. However these were minimal complaints and really just me being picky. I would definitely return.
