Had a groupon and was, to be frank, treated like dirt.
I was treated shabbily from start to end. I duly handed in my printed voucher on arrival, to the receptionist, yet when I left, she asked for it again and denied me having handed it to her earlier!! When I told her nicely that I'd already handed her it, she immediately stopped smiling and glared at me, and said "ummmm...right, sure you did..."
I had highlights and after they were painted in and were taking, a regular customer came in, so the guy doing my hair actually chucked me out of my chair, and told me to go and sit in the waiting area by the door!! He then fell over himself offering her drinks and snacks. I'd been offered nothing.
To top it all, the water ran out because of some issue they had, so I was kept waiting at the sink with product STILL IN my hair and desperately needing to be washed out, while they all panicked.

Would not recommend. This is a small hair salon that has a pedicure chair and nail section squeezed in in the back. Perhaps it was because I was their last client in a Saturday. But the staff were more concerned with gossiping about each other's plans for that evening. Little if any attention spent to me, the customer to the extent I actuslly found myself feeling somewhat of a nuance. A luxury pedicure this was not! Nail polishes were cheap and tacky in selection. The pedicuist was good though I had to feel sorry for her as she was working with what was given to her. Cheapest products avail were used. Even the so called exfoliating was carried out using remnants of product in a dish that must have been there all day rather than use anything fresh. Drying my nails became almost a comedy act in motion. Where was there an electrical point??? Finally I was told my nails were done and dry. I was wearing open toe sandals. I lived 5 mins away. I didn't even walk, by the time I arrived home, carefully removed my shoes- one of my big toes had already had half the nail polish smear and had come off. Forget trying to call them, even before my appointment. It was near impossible to get them to answer, if I was lucky I occasionally heard an engaged tone. I would not go back there at all. And certainly don't reccommend. Very disappointing.
