Turned up for my appointment to find they didn't have my booking, they couldn't then fit me in so I didn't get my treatment. They blamed Treatwell for over booking them???I had prepaid as well and as yet still haven't been refunded or contacted to say the refund is being processed
Having booked an hours facial it started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. It was rushed at the beginning with a few products and then the extraction was really painful which I appreciate can happen but felt it wasn’t very professional. The face mask was left for 20 minutes which was half the time and a supposedly “massage” at the end was my shoulders been pushed on for a few seconds. The lady had a headphone in for the whole time and the music was quite manic and not relaxing.
Unbelievable, the staff left me alone for more than 20min in lash lift treatment, while that process used be be lasted 7-10min. The pad size is chosen wrong. My eyelids skin are damaged, also lashes are in a ugly curved angle. If you really busy with other customers, just set a timer .
