I wasn’t going to leave a bad as I have had one treatment here that was great until I found out the person who carried out my treatment was the OWNER!she clearly had no idea what she was doing, it wasn’t like any lymphatic drainage I’ve ever had before, even though I’ve had this by someone else in that salon. The whole thing was clumsy/unprofessional, leaving me completely exposed by not recovering me with the towel, covering me in thick oil,not the treatment I booked and all round disappointing

I have received the worst brazilian wax ever. I have tried this salon for the first time as it was the only place in the area that I could book last minute. The beautician clearly didn’t know how to do hot wax and was unable to remove my hair effectively, ending with waxing the same patch multiple times, leaving my skin irritated after. The light was very dim and I after i got home I have discovered patches of hair everywhere! Spent £45 on treatment and had to shave in the end! Unacceptable!
