Very rushed. Wasn’t ready when I got there and I had to ask for steam and extractions. First time I had the microdermabrasion was fantastic but a completely differently routine (first time my skin was cleansed, steamed and extractions were done then I got a microdermabrasion). I hate complaining but this was a waste of my money and my skin didn’t look any better after :(
Microdermabrasion
Was meant to have a hydra facial but the staff didn’t inform me the machine was broken until I was on the bed. The staff offered me a microdermabrasion facial instead but I was very disappointed. More of a beauty spa than medi clinic.
